Check in Time

 Check in Time will begin at 5:00 am

 Live well checks will begin at 5:00 am

 All live wells within your boat will be checked

 All larger coolers will be checked

 All storage compartments will be checked

 No wired animal cages will be accepted as live wells

 No stringers will be allowed

Blast off Time

 Blast off will be at 700am

 Boats will be sent in groups of 3

 If you are not checked in 10 min before blast off at the assigned time, the

field will be sent and you will wait until the field is clear.

 If you are checked in and not ready to blast off, please pull to me and I will

send you in between the groups of 3.

 If you do not see me prior to blasting off at your assigned time, you will be

penalized 1 pound for each boat that goes after you.

Weigh in Time.

 On Time Definition: A numbered weight card/coin will be given to each team

captain. The weight card/coin needs to be in the tournament directors’ hand by

3:30:00 PM. Card has to be turned in by a team member.

 Late Penalty : One pound per each minute late will be deducted from that days

weight. There will be no exceptions outside of being held hostage.

 Early weigh in is accepted. Fish does not have to be a certain weight. Early

weigh in fish cannot be culled

 A fish weighed in early cannot be culled from that days total under no

circumstances.

 Fish weighed in early is tagged and released and subject to Dead Fish Rule from

the time it’s weighed until the official end of that days tournament.Dead Fish

 Definition: Each fish will be tagged at weigh in with a numbered tag before being

released back in the water. That tag will be documented as your teams fish. If at

any time during weigh in that fish surfaces or does not have independent energy

or life to swim away, that fish will be deemed dead.

 Penalty: you will have half the weight of that fish deducted from your total weight.

Qualifications:

 Boaters Card for each team will be required for participation in the tournament.

Card or Evidence of a Pending Card will be required. No expired cards will be

accepted.

 Fishing License: Current Valid Fishing license with your name on it, will be

required to participate in this tournament

 If you intend to fish with 2 poles, a two pole sticker associated with that license

will need to be presented

 An expired Fishing license will not be accepted.
